About the Role:
Are you passionate about business, eager to learn, and ready to be part of something big? NOISIA COMPANIES is looking for a Personal Business Assistant to help manage and grow a fast-paced, multi-sector business. You will work directly with the CEO, assisting in day-to-day operations, financial reporting, property management, investor relations, financial markets trading, and more.
This is a rare opportunity to get hands-on business experience in property investment, financial markets trading, and startup growth—all while earning and learning.
Responsibilities Include:
🗂 Business & Office Management

Handle admin and office work

Compile monthly income statements

Share financial reports with business partners and investors

Assist with new partner intakes and process application forms

Issue provisional membership certificates and invoices

Register new companies and issue share certificates
💼 Investor Relations

Acknowledge receipt of investment funds

Help schedule and coordinate monthly investor meetings

Keep investor records updated and professional
🏢 Property & Rental Management

Manage residential or investment properties
-
Collect and track rental payments
-
Assist in viewing properties, making offers, and analyzing profitability

Schedule property investment visits
📈 Financial Markets Trading & Market Analysis

Analyze foreign exchange market charts

Take trades every morning with guidance

Track results and earnings
Earnings:

💵 R2,000 Monthly Base Pay

💸 30% Commission from Financial markets Trading Profits

Requirements:
✅ No formal qualifications needed
✅ Must speak and write fluent English
✅ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Office
✅ Willingness to learn—training will be provided
✅ Strong work ethic, reliable, and proactive
✅ Business-minded and analytical thinker
✅ Confident, outspoken, and not afraid to share ideas
✅ Comfortable with early mornings and working late when needed
✅ Ability to follow protocols and go the extra mile
